About

My story

I was born in China and moved to San Francsisco when I was two years old. I later moved to Oakland then San Leandro. I was raised in a very traditional family that believes in hard work and old family values. My parents weren't good at English so they taught me math and logics. As a young child I solved a lot of logic puzzles and learned to think outside of the box.

My love for coding started back in the early 80's with IBM's 286 machine. Microsoft hadn't invented Windows 3.0 for consumers yet. I fell in love with computer after my first interaction with MS—DOS a full command line interface.

When I'm not cranking out code, I enjoy fishing on the delta, taking my motorcycle out, traveling to different places to eat, or cooking—because I love eating! Feel free to reach out if you want to get in touch with me.
